This study investigates peer influences on tea farmers’ shift from traditional to organic farming in northern Vietnam. Results highlight the positive impact of nearby neighbors on farmers’ conversion intention, emphasizing the need for policymakers and extension workers to utilize these effects in promoting successful adoption of organic farming practices.
