In a study evaluating neem formulations, both azadirachtin and neem seed oil increased aphid nymphal mortality while also prolonging the development time of survivors. However, only azadirachtin reduced third-instar survivorship. The researchers discuss the potential integration of neem-derived insecticides with biological control for managing soybean aphids in organic soybeans.
